Values that ground me as an individual and as a part of the work force include authenticity, vulnerability, passion, and connection. To indulge in a bit of all of these I step into the fields of creative production, arts administration, fashion, journalism, and marketing. These fields have equal parts creative vision to technical skills which is what draws me into them.

Taking an idea and translating it through curating an event, generating an experience, designing and capturing media, articulating it in words, bringing it to life, is an art form. The translation allows it to become more widely shareable, and supports the transcendence of work and art. Projects can be beautifully fleeting, but the job of the creative professional is to find ways to keep it alive.
